Where is my order?
Founders units inside Mexico go out with a local courier and are hand-delivered the same day — which is why there is no tracking number.
Every order gets a status page of its own, linked from your confirmation email. It always shows the current state — received, shipped or delivered — and it is worth saving.
About the missing tracking number
We deliver locally, by hand, the same day an order is dispatched. There is no carrier in the middle, so there is no carrier tracking number to give you. An order with no number is normal here, not a parcel that has gone astray.
When yours is out, the delivery page says so and gives the window.
What we need if something seems wrong
Your order number, and what your status page currently says. Both are in the confirmation email. With those two things we can usually answer immediately rather than trading messages.
Waves and windows
Founders Wave 1 units are available now and ship first. Wave 2 and the Signature edition ship in their own windows, which are listed on the editions table on the main site. If you ordered into a later wave, your status page will sit at “received” until that wave begins — that is expected, not stalled.
