Yes. Tali and Puk keep gaining new features and fixes through remote updates. You won't need to do anything — the cloud handles delivering the latest firmware to your Tali over Wi-Fi, and to your Puks via Bluetooth. In some situations you may be asked to update your Puks from the mobile app, but most updates go unnoticed.

No. Your Tali hardware and Cloud Basic work forever at no additional cost — the Tali screen, your Puks, and realtime viewing from the app are yours for the life of the device. No subscription, no expiration.

The hardware is identical. Both are the same Tali — carbon fiber and anodized machined aluminium — with the same sensors and the same capabilities. Founders units are marked as Founders, include 24 months of Cloud Pro instead of 12, and ship before any other edition. They are the first batch. Both editions are $185.

Not yet. Only the Founders edition is available for pre-order right now. We'd rather ship the first batch, learn from it, and get the next one right than take your money for something we haven't delivered yet. We'll announce it here the moment the Signature Edition opens.

Your data isn't deleted the moment Cloud Pro ends. We keep your full history stored for a 60-day grace period — if you renew within that window, everything is restored exactly as you left it, with nothing missing. We'll also notify you a couple of times before anything is removed, so a lapsed renewal never takes you by surprise. If you don't renew by the end of the grace period, your stored history is permanently deleted. Throughout all of this, your device keeps working normally on Cloud Basic — realtime viewing never stops.

Yes. Additional Puk sensors are $55 each, and one Tali can monitor several at once — useful if you're tracking a cellar and a humidor, or separate zones within the same space. Puks work with Cloud Basic and Cloud Pro alike.

A zone is anywhere you put a Puk sensor — a cellar, a humidor, a display cabinet, a safe. One Tali display can watch several zones at once, each with its own readings and alert thresholds.
