The system
Discreet wireless sensors live with your collection. A glanceable e-paper display shows what they sense. The app keeps the detailed log wherever you are, and tells you when something needs your attention. Pair one Puk (remote sensor) or many. The display reads its own surroundings too, so it can watch the room while your Puks watch inside — and the gap between them is often the first sign something is changing. Or let it stand as a zone of its own. Tali (the hub) has a backup battery: if the power goes out, it sends a notification to the app and keeps measuring for roughly 12 to 24 hours, depending on factors like the distance to your Wi-Fi router and connectivity conditions. To be clear, Tali is designed to stay plugged in. Its battery is only a backup — it is not a wireless device. Puks, on the other hand, are designed to work 100% wireless and remote, with an estimated battery life of up to 18 months, depending on usage and other variables.

What it watches
Laboratory-grade sensing catches drift long before it becomes damage. Wine, cigars and medicinals each get the range they demand.
Corks stay supple, wrappers stay whole. Tali tracks relative humidity continuously and warns you before dryness or damp sets in.
Sediment should sleep. Puk senses the trembles most systems ignore — compressors, construction, careless handling — and logs every one.

Yes — Tali is designed to live connected to power. Its backup battery is for outages: it keeps monitoring every zone and notifies the app that the power has failed. It lasts between 12 and 24 hours, depending on variables like the distance to your Wi-Fi router.
No. Tali monitors and guards anything that demands a precise environment — art, instruments, rare books, medicines and other perishables. If it suffers from environmental variations, Tali can monitor and guard it.
About a year and a half and it is user replaceable. It uses a standard CR2032 of 220mah.
Yes. Tali and Puk keep gaining new features and fixes through remote updates. You won't need to do anything — the cloud handles delivering the latest firmware to your Tali over Wi-Fi, and to your Puks via Bluetooth. In some situations you may be asked to update your Puks from the mobile app, but most updates go unnoticed.

Your data isn't deleted the moment Cloud Pro ends. We keep your full history stored for a 60-day grace period — if you renew within that window, everything is restored exactly as you left it, with nothing missing. We'll also notify you a couple of times before anything is removed, so a lapsed renewal never takes you by surprise. If you don't renew by the end of the grace period, your stored history is permanently deleted. Throughout all of this, your device keeps working normally on Cloud Basic — realtime viewing never stops.
Yes. Additional Puk sensors are $55 each, and one Tali can monitor several at once — useful if you're tracking a cellar and a humidor, or separate zones within the same space. Puks work with Cloud Basic and Cloud Pro alike.
A zone is anywhere you put a Puk sensor — a cellar, a humidor, a display cabinet, a safe. One Tali display can watch several zones at once, each with its own readings and alert thresholds.
